ABOUT

Meet Courtney

At my core, I am a woman devoted to the art of slowing down. To listening. To guiding others back to the wisdom of their own body.

I know what it feels like to be disconnected—to move through life feeling numb, shut off from desire, and unable to trust yourself. For years, I lived from my mind, striving, performing, and contorting myself into who I thought I needed to be. But deep inside, there was always a desire for something softer, truer, and more embodied.

And that's what led me here.

For much of my life, I thought embodiment was something external—something to be achieved, perfected, or performed. But what I’ve come to know is that embodiment is a relationship—one that is built slowly, with patience and devotion. It’s not about arriving at some final destination; it’s about learning to be in your body, to trust its wisdom, and to meet yourself with tenderness in every moment.

My own journey of feminine reclamation has been shaped by unlearning, by softening, and by stepping into a way of being that honours my body, sensuality, and cyclical nature as sacred. This path has been informed not only by my lived experience but by my ongoing studies in counselling and psychotherapy, which allow me to weave together depth, nervous system safety, and embodiment practices in a way that is both grounded and deeply transformative.

I don’t believe in forcing a breakthrough or rushing transformation.

Instead, my work is about creating a deeply attuned, safe, and spacious container where you can begin listening to yourself again.

My approach is rooted in somatic psychology and depth-oriented inquiry, working with the body rather than against it, and integrating nervous system awareness to honour what feels safe instead of pushing past resistance.

Through feminine reclamation, I help unravel layers of conditioning around the body, sensuality, and self-trust, supporting a return to what feels natural and true. I also emphasize present-moment healing, guiding you to meet what arises now rather than trying to fix or rewrite the past.

This isn’t about performative femininity or chasing an external idea of embodiment—it’s about learning to feel at home in yourself again in a way that is nourishing, real, and deeply true to you. It’s about building a relationship with yourself that is rooted in trust, rather than urgency.

PHILOSOPHY

Embodiment is not a destination but a relationship—one built slowly, with patience, trust, and deep attunement to the wisdom of your own body.

I also offer gratitude to the East—its people, cultures, and wisdom traditions—for the teachings that have shaped the embodiment practices I share. I recognise the custodial voices that have preserved these traditions and honour them with reverence and respect.
