INBODY

AUDIO COURSE

A self-paced, 5-part audio course designed to gently guide you back into deep connection with yourself. Blending psychotherapeutic wisdom with somatic embodiment practices, this course will help you release old narratives, cultivate self-trust, and reclaim the relationship you have with your body.

Through guided explorations of bodily awareness, safety, reclamation, expression, and integration, you’ll begin to soften the barriers between you and yourself, learning how to listen, feel, and respond from a place of deep self-knowing.

In a world that conditions us to disconnect, numb, and override our deepest instincts, INBODY is an anchor—a gentle path home to yourself. This is for the woman who is ready to stop fighting, start listening, and embrace her body as an ally, not an obstacle.

Imagine waking up each day feeling more connected, more alive, and more at ease within your own skin. If you’re ready to move beyond the overthinking, beyond the self-doubt, beyond the disconnection, and into a place of embodied presence—this is for you.

I acknowledge the Turrbal and Yuggera Peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work in Meanjin (Brisbane). I honour their deep connection to Country and pay my respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, extending that respect to all First Nations peoples.

I also offer gratitude to the East—its people, cultures, and wisdom traditions—for the teachings that have shaped the embodiment practices I share. I recognise the custodial voices that have preserved these traditions and honour them with reverence and respect.
