MENTORSHIP

A deeply-held space for you to soften, reconnect, and come into right-relationship with yourself.

I firmly believe that we're not meant to navigate deep transformation alone.

We can all benefit from having spaces and places where we are deeply held, heard, and supported as we navigate our way through life's challenges. Because somewhere along the way, many of us learned to believe that struggling is proof of strength, that needing support means we are weak, and that we should somehow be able to figure everything out on our own.

No more.

This is where we unlearn the conditioning. This is where we come back to our innate wisdom.

My mentorship options are designed for women who are ready to shift from self-abandonment, numbness and disconnection, into a full-bodied present relationship with themselves, their sensuality and their true-self. Whether you desire a few individual sessions to help you attune, or longer-term support to help you deepen into embodied integration—this space if for you.

Two levels of support

I offer two levels of mentorship depending on the depth of support you desire:

ATTUNE

Attune is a 3-session private mentorship option for women who want personalised support but don’t feel ready for a long-term commitment.

It’s for the woman who feels disconnected from her body but doesn’t know where to start. Who desires to feel more present, intimate, and alive but feels stuck in cycles of overthinking, tension, or numbness.

This space is here to help you tune in, unravel, and reconnect

This option is perfect if you want to:

  • Begin rebuilding trust with your body after years of disconnect

  • Unravel subtle blocks to softness, pleasure, or self-expression

  • Learn how to listen to your body’s signals and navigate resistance

  • Gain clarity on what’s really keeping you stuck in intimacy or self-connection

What's included:

  • 3 x private mentorship sessions (60 minutes each, spread over 6 weeks)

  • Embodiment practices and guidance personalised to your journey and experience

  • Twice-weekly check ins via voice support

  • A safely held space of warmth, presence, and attunement as you navigate your path

DEEPEN

Deepen is a 6-month private mentorship option for women who are ready to go deeper into this work and desire more ongoing support.

This is for the woman who knows she can’t keep ignoring her body’s wisdom—who is ready to listen, to feel, and to trust herself again.

This is a space where unravelling, questioning and exploring is safely supported, and where softness is honoured.

This option is perfect if:

  • You feel stuck in patterns of shutdown, overthinking, or tension and need real support.

  • You want to soften into intimacy, connection, and pleasure but feel resistance.

  • You're done with quick fixes and want deep, lasting change.

  • You’re ready for a long-term, deeply held space to explore, heal, and reclaim yourself.

What's included:

  • 12 x private mentorship sessions (biweekly 60-minutes sessions, over 6 months)

  • Embodiment practices and guidance personalised to your journey and experience

  • Twice-weekly check ins via voice support

  • A highly personalised, intimate space to be witnessed, supported and guided

Why this work is different...

Unlike traditional therapy or mindset work, this type of mentorship is about working with the body—not just talking about the problem but feeling how it lives in the body and moving through it, via integration. It's about honouring your unique pace, not forcing breakthroughs, but allowing shifts to unfold organically. It's about creating lasting change—not quick fixes, but deep integration that changes how you move through the world. And it's about being held with deep attunement and empathy—this is not a course or a self-paced program. It is a living, breathing space of presence.

About your facilitator, Courtney Lang

Courtney is a trauma-informed intimacy and embodiment facilitator and is presently expanding her skill set into counselling and psychotherapy at the IKON Institute of Australia. With a deep passion for helping women reclaim the wisdom of their bodies, she supports and guides women through the process of finding themselves again—beyond conditioning, beyond self-doubt, beyond the narratives that have kept them disconnected—into deeper self-trust, embodied expression, and a softer, more attuned way of being.

Courtney’s work is a bridge between psychology and embodiment, blending somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and feminine reclamation to create spaces where women feel deeply seen, held, and safe.

Her body of work is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and rebuild the relationship with yourself from the inside out—because your body has always held the answers.

Frequently asked questions

Email [email protected] if you have any questions not answered here, or if you need any further support before saying yes.

How do I know if I should choose Attune or Deepen?

If you’re new to this work and want a short-term commitment to get started, Attune is the best fit. If you desire deep transformation and long-term support, Deepen will be more aligned. If you’re unsure, you can enquire and I’ll help guide you to the best option.

I’ve tried therapy/coaching before—how is this different?

This work is body-based. We go beyond the mind and into the felt experience of your patterns, emotions, and nervous system responses. Instead of just talking about change, we create experiential shifts that integrate into your life.

I’m afraid I won’t see results?

There is no right or wrong way to move through this work. It meets you exactly where you are. Whether you experience immediate shifts or gradual changes, the deepest work happens over time and through presence.

How is this different from therapy?

This mentorship is not therapy, and I do not work within a clinical or diagnostic framework. While therapy often explores past wounds through analysis and cognitive processing, this work is body-based—meaning we focus on how past experiences live in your body right now and work with them through somatic awareness, nervous system support, and embodiment practices. Rather than focusing on what happened then, we tune into what is happening now. We meet what arises in the moment—whether it’s tension, resistance, emotion, or numbness—and learn how to navigate it through presence, self-trust, and body-led wisdom. This work is not a substitute for therapy, but it can be deeply complementary for those who are ready to move beyond intellectual understanding and into full-body integration.

How are you qualified to do this work?

My work is grounded in somatic psychology, embodiment coaching, and nervous system regulation. I am a Trauma Informed Practitioner, having studied with the SafeSpace™ Institute, and am currently training as a psychotherapist at the IKON Institute of Australia, and my approach is deeply informed by psychological and trauma-aware principles. However, as I am not yet a licensed therapist, my work remains within the ethical scope of coaching, focusing on self-connection, body awareness, and intimacy concepts rather than clinical interventions. This mentorship is about supporting you in feeling at home in your body, unravelling internalised conditioning, and cultivating deep self-trust and embodied intimacy—all within a safe, attuned, and ethical space.

What if I have trauma? Can I still do this work?

Yes. This work is trauma-aware and grounded in nervous system safety. While it is not a replacement for trauma therapy, I support clients in working with their body in a way that feels safe, gentle, and within their personal capacity. There is no forced breakthrough, no pushing through discomfort, and no expectation to relive painful experiences. Instead, we focus on building safety, self-trust, and slow, body-led integration. If you are actively experiencing acute trauma symptoms, I encourage seeking therapy either before, or alongside, this work to ensure you are fully supported.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalised and deeply immersive nature of this mentorship, there are no refunds once your mentorship begins. This work requires commitment, and part of the transformation happens through showing up fully for yourself. However, I deeply understand that life is unpredictable. If your circumstances change or you experience financial hardship at any point throughout our time together, please reach out. I am committed to working with you to find a compassionate solution, whether that means adjusting payment plans, pausing sessions, or exploring other options to support you through. If you’re unsure whether this is the right space for you, I encourage you to enquire first, and I’ll personally help guide you toward the best option before committing.

I acknowledge the Turrbal and Yuggera Peoples, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work in Meanjin (Brisbane). I honour their deep connection to Country and pay my respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, extending that respect to all First Nations peoples.

I also offer gratitude to the East—its people, cultures, and wisdom traditions—for the teachings that have shaped the embodiment practices I share. I recognise the custodial voices that have preserved these traditions and honour them with reverence and respect.
