About your facilitator, Courtney Lang

Courtney is a trauma-informed intimacy and embodiment facilitator and is presently expanding her skill set into counselling and psychotherapy at the IKON Institute of Australia. With a deep passion for helping women reclaim the wisdom of their bodies, she supports and guides women through the process of finding themselves again—beyond conditioning, beyond self-doubt, beyond the narratives that have kept them disconnected—into deeper self-trust, embodied expression, and a softer, more attuned way of being.

Courtney’s work is a bridge between psychology and embodiment, blending somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and feminine reclamation to create spaces where women feel deeply seen, held, and safe.

Her body of work is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and rebuild the relationship with yourself from the inside out—because your body has always held the answers.

How long does the course take?

There are 5 modules that are each between 40-60 minutes long. It's up to you how quickly you work through them, but I recommend taking your time and spacing them out over at least a week, so that you can sit with each lesson and practice and give it some breathing space to be felt.

Do I get all lessons at once?

Yes. When you purchase this course, you'll receive an email with your logins. Upon logging in you will have access to all 5 videos.

Do I have to complete the modules in a specific order?

The course is designed to be experienced sequentially, as each module builds upon the last one. However, you are always encouraged to move through it in a way that feels best for you.

Will my access expire?

No, once you've purchased the course you have access to it for as long as I'm doing this work. I may update, add to, or re-record parts of the course in years to come if it is relevant to the evolution of the content, but you will continue to have access to it, including any updates.

Will this help me heal past trauma?

This course is not a substitute for therapy, if you have experienced past trauma, I would always recommend sitting with a trained professional to get one-on-one support. This course, however, can be a powerful resource to support you on your healing journey. This course is designed to support you in building bodily awareness, safety, and self-trust which are all key foundations in any healing process. If you have a history of trauma, I encourage you to move through the content with care and to seek additional professional support if needed.

What if I don't like the course? Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a digital product with instant access to all materials, refunds are not offered. However, I encourage you to take your time with the program and engage with the practices with an open heart. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out.
